The Chocolate Medley!

so what had been baking lately?





beautiful and lovely sunflower cookies! and this time round, they are chocolate sunflowers! the new edited recipe requires NO EGGS and lesser butter hence its a more healthier and longer shelve life cookies for all weight watchers =)



birthday cupcakes! this one is the infamous chocolate cupcakes with buttercream icing. also an attempt on royal icing.



another cupcake made also with chocolate cupcakes and this time round, its mint buttercream! a beautiful match made in heaven!



the buttercream is reeeeeeeeally yummy! i think i am going to venture more into flavored buttercream instead of the plain vanilla. there's so much to come! chocolate buttercream, lychee, mango, lemon, rose, cherry, strawberry..... the possibilities are endless!



and lucky me! i've got 3 cupcakes extra! they made great night snacks in front of the tele and also great morning breakfast with a cup of tea! =)
