whats baking lately?
as usual, made sunflowers but this time round, they are extra large coz its for me!!! =D
warm and big and best for a rainy thursday =D
pineapple balls!!! tried out new recipes and ITS REALLY GOOD MAN! buttery and melt in mouth. a bit crumpy and crispy. heh though CNY is over but made this coz need to get rid of the read to use pineapple jam which was in the cupboard for ages =X
first attempt to make meringues! but haiz failed badly coz after beating the eggs, i couldnt pipe out patterns and the meringues turned soft after a few minutes and tasted like marshmallows! sigh anyone out there can help me with this? =(
korova cookies! now these were once the hot stuffs on the net man. it's heavy chocolate chip cookies and definitely not for the faint hearted!
and of coz!!! long time didnt make brownies!!! used my 75% lindth chocolate and its really good man! goes great with macadamia ice creams =D
well thats all for now. will be back again with my cupcakes =)
