Kisses Cookies
some of the readers are probably interested in knowing what 'kisses' are. but recently was very busy with work (yes! i do have a job!) and hence didnt have time to blog bout it.
it's basically 2 piece of almond cookies sandwiched together by Nutella. the almond cookies are crispy and light. in chinese they call it '酥脆'. its not as firm as the Chocolate Chunk or chewy like the Brownie Cookies.
hence, its 2 piece of fragrant almond cookies, with a layer of Nutella in between to give an extra shot of nutty chocolate bang! give it a shot this christmas! it'll definitely be a great gift for all your Nutella lover friends =)
