mooncakes!
oh no... i didnt know that its been so long since i last promised that i will post something up bout my mooncake festival! haha it has already passed so long and i am only blogging bout it now! =X
haha my bad my bad. but aiya. hmm becoz making mooncake is quite a tedious job for me (and i am taking it down all alone this year) i didnt take any photos of the making of the mooncakes. my niece wasnt around to help me. so... haha only had pics of the end result.
i've made green tea and strawberry flavours one. haha cute yea? instead of making the typical round and flowery mooncakes, i have made mini turtles instead! haha i would have chosen others but then when i was shopping for a mould, this was the cutest!
this little babies are only bout 4cm! haha they are small and bitesize, so no cuttings are needed! just pop them right into the mouth =)
and the main reason why i am making them?
pack them up and send it to my friends! haha hope they will like the mooncakes la! =) anyway for those who are interested in making, you can try out this great recipe! trust me, its really foolproof as claimed by the Baker! =)
