The Chocolate Medley!

a very lazy saturday...

gosh...what a lazy saturday it was!!! i woke up in the morning and thought of making something today. but really nothing came to mind. donuts...suppose to do it with nieces. bread.... not really in the mood to wait for it to proof. did thought of chiffon but in the end didn't as mom was in the kitchen whole day.


sigh hate such boring days man. anyway just a pic of my most sinful treats not too long ago. spam sandwich!!! i love my spam to be sliced thickly, pan fried till crispy on the edges and finish up with an egg, mayo and chili sauce. ever since my hk trip i've learnt to appreciate ketchup more but sadly there's none at home. i've also sliced a thinner piece of spam as a nibble...heh you dont eat this every day okay? =D
