when i was making this, i made it with gratitude. being a typical Chinese my parents never like 'ang moh' food like meatloaf, avocado, pasta (so damn what the hell right) raw salads and worse... bread and butter pudding. but its that soft, sweet, custardy and eggy taste that i adore like hell.
it was stated in the recipe but i omitted the whiskey simply because i prefer brandy and didn't think it will work out here. but anyway it tasted wonderful and a total hit on the spot. if not sweet enough just add on a glope of maple syrup and cream for extra oomph. won't be posting recipes since this is so damn obvious that it's Nigella Lawson's Caramel Crossiant pudding. the best sunday morning treat ever =)
